Piedmont Bonarda

This is a rare Piedmontese wine with a ruby red color.

Dry, smooth, and slightly tannic. The nose is intense and pleasant. It pairs well with traditional Piedmontese first courses such as agnolotti and tjarin.

Better served at temperature of 18-20°C.
